Strategic Intelligence Transformation Framework (SITF): A Research-Driven Architecture for Organizational Intelligence in the Age of AI
This paper introduces the Strategic Intelligence Transformation Framework (SITF™), a conceptual architecture defining Organizational Intelligence as the capacity to continuously sense, decide, learn, adapt, and transform while remaining accountable. Drawing on four research streams, it proposes a staged approach to developing an Organizational Intelligence Index and argues that the key question is no longer whether organizations adopt AI, but whether they develop the capabilities to use it effectively and responsibly.
“I commend the paper’s idea of creating an end-to-end flow of Organizational Intelligence that continues even after implementation. This approach not only helps organizations leverage AI for advancement and efficiency but also provides a structured way to identify and address its consequences and risks responsibly.” Peer-reviewer 1
“This is a thoughtful and timely paper that addresses an important challenge: adopting AI does not automatically make an organization more intelligent or capable. The proposed framework has clear potential.” Peer-reviewer 2
“This paper proposes a conceptual framework for organisational intelligence that incorporates AI technologies, with a well-defined research architecture and a clear discussion of its limitations. I found the paper particularly interesting, as it addresses a challenging and timely topic with strong potential to stimulate further research and discussion.” Peer-reviewer 3
